Success Story Number Two
In June 2006 I was told by a friend to attend Simply Networking. Having never heard of business networking before I didn't know what to expect, but for the sake of a couple of hours of my time and £10, thought it was worth taking a look.
I arrived at my first event and was greeted by Mark Greenwood. I explained that I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never 'networked' before. Mark gave a brief oversight, which included four words that have proven invaluable, they were 'don't sell, build relationships' and that's all I have ever done since that day.
So far I have been referred potential contacts and whilst having never sold anything to the people I have met at the networking events directly, I have sold more than £3 million of property to people they have recommended contact me. I refer other people business wherever I can in return at the events and attend all the Simply Networking events I can get to.
I cannot recommend Simply Networking highly enough.
