Our e-newsletter go out to 20 000+ business contacts by email and social media each week. The database is comprised of business contacts in the Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and Merseyside areas.
We have the following marketing and sponsorship opportunities available in our e-newsletters, on our website and at our events:
Website Opportunities
Website Advertisement - £10 Per Week
Your logo (with text underneath) on all pages of our website for one week with a link to a specified page of your website. (See to the left for an example.)
We can also arrange a micro site to be linked to should you not have a website or require a link to a certain article that is not contained within your website.
A 15% discount will apply to bookings of 10 or more adverts.

E-Newsletter Opportunities
E-Newsletter Advertisement – From £10 Per Week
The e-newsletter goes out twice a week. You receive a 20 word advertisement in each e-newsletter, which also includes your logo and a link to a specified page of your website.

E-Newsletter Sponsor - £65 Per Week
The e-newsletter goes out twice a week. You receive a 75 word article in each e-newsletter plus acknowledgment you are the sponsor, your logo and a link to a specified page of your website.
We can also arrange a micro site to be linked to should you not have a website or require a link to a certain article that is not contained within your website.
A 15% discount will apply to bookings of 5 weeks or more.

Event Opportunities
Pop Up Banner - £35 Each
Attend one of our events and bring your pop up banner stand with you to display at the event for only £35.
A 15% discount will apply to bookings of 5 or more events.

Literature Distribution - £45 Each
Attend one of our events and have your literature handed out to the delegates as they leave for only £45 per event.

Simply Networking Event Stand - £99 Each
• Stand includes 3 free places at the event
(usually £10 each)
• The stand must be 6 foot by 3 foot maximum
• Maximum of 4 stands at an event with no competitors exhibiting
at the same event
• Exhibitor is responsible for supplying their stand (although
we will arrange a table, power point etc where required)
For an additional £50 you will receive a mention (with a link to your website) in the follow up email after the event which goes out to every delegate.
A 25% discount will apply to bookings of 5 or more events.

Simply Networking Event Sponsor - £299 Each
• Marketing out to a local business database, via email, including
up to 150 words of text about your company, your logo and a link to
your website, on the run up to the event
• Further marketing via social media
• A stand at the event (as outlined above)
• An opportunity to address all the delegates at the event
• Your logo on the delegates name badges
• Free places for your company at the event
• Ensure where possible that the delegates leave the event with
your literature
• A link to your website on the ‘Previous Events’
page of our website
Joint sponsorship would see a maximum of only one other sponsor. Should you not wish to take out the full event sponsorship package a part package can be negotiated.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee in relation to the above for any bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice of the event or e-newsletter (whichever is appropriate.) For the 'Event Sponsorship' package it is 7 days prior to the first scheduled e-mail out to our database.
Payment for sponsorship/marketing opportunities at our events, on our website and within our e-newsletters is required in advance.
