Sponsorship/Marketing Opportunities
Our main Simply Networking events in Manchester regularly attract the 100 capacity with our ‘Extra’ events seeing 60 at each. Our Leeds events get between 50 to 60 at each with Liverpool attracting between 40 to 50 whilst around 20 attend Thirsk events.
Each week our e-flyers go out to at least 25 000 business email addresses based in and around Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool.
We have the following marketing and sponsorship opportunities available in our e-flyers, on our website and at our events:
Website Opportunities
Website Advertisement - £10 Each
Your logo (with text underneath) on all pages of our website for one week with a link to a specified page of your website. (See to the left for an example.)
We can also arrange a micro site to be linked to should you not have a website or require a link to a certain article that is not contained within your website.
A 15% discount will apply to bookings of 10 or more adverts.

E-Flyer Opportunities
E-Flyer Advertisement – From £10 Each
A 20 word advertisement in our e-flyers for one week, which includes your logo and a link to a specified page of your website.
The Price depends on where you would like to be positioned in the e-flyer. Click HERE for the examples.

A 100 word article in the e-flyer, acknowledgment that you are the sponsor and your logo appearing at least twice with links to a specified page of your website.

Event Opportunities
Pop Up Banner - £35 Each
Attend one of our events and bring your pop up banner stand with you to display at the event for only £35.

Literature Distribution - £45 Each
Have your literature handed out to the delegates as they leave an event for only £45 per event.

Simply Networking Event Stand - £99 Each
• Stand includes 3 free places at the event
(usually £10 each)
• The stand must be 6 foot by 3 foot maximum
• Maximum of 4 stands at an event with no competitors exhibiting
at the same event
• Exhibitor is responsible for supplying their stand (although
we will arrange a table, power point etc where required)
For an additional £50 you will receive a mention (with a link to your website) in the follow up email after the event which goes out to every delegate.

Simply Networking Event Sponsor - £299 Each
• Coverage out to our database (including up
to 150 words of text, your logo and a link to your website) a minimum
of 4 times in the course of marketing the event
• A stand at the event (as outlined above)
• An opportunity to address all the delegates at the event
• Your logo on the delegates name badges
• Free places for your company at the event
• Coverage in the email (with a link to your website) which goes
out to all the delegates that attend the event
• A link to your website on the ‘Previous Events’
page of our website
Joint sponsorship would see a maximum of only one other sponsor. Should you not wish to take out the full event sponsorship package a part package can be negotiated.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee in relation to the above for any bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice of the event or e-flyer (whichever is appropriate.) For the 'Event Sponsorship' package it is 7 days prior to the first scheduled e-mail out to our database.
Payment for sponsorship/marketing opportunities at our events, on our website and within our e-flyers is required in advance.
