Sponsorship/Marketing Opportunities

Our main Simply Networking events in Manchester have a capacity of 100 delegates per event with our ‘Extra’ events regularly attracting 60 at each. Our Leeds events see between 50 to 60 at each, with Liverpool around 30 to 40 and Thirsk 20.

Our monthly e-newsletters and weekly e-flyers go out to approximately 13 500 business email addresses based in and around Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Thirsk.

We have the following marketing and sponsorship opportunities available in our e-newsletters/e-flyers and at our events:

Delegate Sponsorship - From £10

Sponsor delegates places so that others can attend our events for free. In return for sponsoring places you will receive marketing out to our database. The amount of marketing you get depends on the amount of places you sponsor, the more you sponsor the more marketing you receive!

Our afternoon events cost £10 each to attend with our breakfast events £15 a head. There is no minimum or maximum sponsorship.

Let us know how many places you would like to sponsor and we will put together a bespoke marketing package for you based on the number of places.

Website Advertisement - £29 Each

£10 each when booked by Noon

Your logo (with text underneath) on all pages of our website for one week with a link to a specified page of your website. (See to the left for an example.)

We can also arrange a micro site to be linked to should you not have a website or require a link to a certain article that is not contained within your website.

E-Flyer Advertisement - £29 Each

£10 each when booked by Noon
on Monday 1st February 2010

A 20 word advertisement in our e-flyers for one week, which includes your logo and a link to a specified page of your website. Each week the e-flyers go out to our Manchester (twice,) Leeds, Liverpool and Thirsk databases, meaning your advert is issued to 24 000 business contacts. (Click HERE for an example.)

We can also arrange a micro site to be linked to should you not have a website or require a link to a certain article that is not contained within your website.

Simply Networking Event Stand - £119

• Stand includes 3 free places at the event (usually £10 each)
• The stand must be 6 foot by 3 foot maximum
• Maximum of 4 stands at an event with no competitors exhibiting at the same event
• Exhibitor is responsible for supplying their stand (although we will arrange a table, power point etc where required)

For an additional £50 you will receive a mention (with a link to your website) in the follow up email after the event which goes out to every delegate.

E-Newsletter Sponsor - £119

A 100 word article in the newsletter, acknowledgment that you are the newsletter sponsor and your logo appearing at least twice with links to a specified page of your website.

Simply Networking Event Sponsor - £399

• Coverage out to our database (including up to 150 words of text, your logo and a link to your website) a minimum of 4 times in the course of marketing the event
• A stand at the event (as outlined above)
• An opportunity to address all the delegates at the event
• Your logo on the delegates name badges
• Free places for your company at the event
• Coverage in the email (with a link to your website) which goes out to all the delegates that attend the event
• A link to your website on the ‘Previous Events’ page of our website

Joint sponsorship would see a maximum of only one other sponsor. Should you not wish to take out the full event sponsorship package a part package can be negotiated.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee in relation to the above for any bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice of the event or e-newsletter (whichever is appropriate.) For the 'Event Sponsorship' package it is 7 days prior to the first scheduled e-mail out to our database.

Payment for sponsorship/marketing opportunities at our events and within our e-newsletters/e-flyers is required in advance.
